[opencms-dev] Delete User -> Created by Exeption

Hi,

i had an problem with OpenCms 6.0 beta 1.

I have deleted a User that created some files. After that the Workplace
showed an Exception in the colum 'Created By'.

Worse than that i couldent use the Export. It stops with an Exception
Unknown User.

I know this problem from earlier Versions of OpenCms but i thougt ist was
fixed in OpenCms 5.0.

I solved the problem replacing the id in the database, but i hope this bug
is fixed in the rc1 version?
