[opencms-dev] v5 error on login, sometimes

Every now and then, most often when one has logged out using the little
green door after a normal and successful session, attempts to log in
again from any client get a Tomcat 404 for
/opencms/export/system/workplace/action/index.html, and that user will
subsequently always get the same error. The only way I've found to
resolve it is to restart the Tomcat service, and then that user can log
in and see the workplace again. With Tomcat debug level at 6, there is
no indication of any problem/error in the the main catalina logs or the
opencms logs.

I didn't see any mention of this on opencms-dev, but it's hard to put
together an effective search string from such a basic problem.
