[opencms-dev] Error in setup of OpenCMS 6 RC1

I am having the same problem while I tried to upgrade beta 3 to rc1. 
There was no problem installing the beta 3 last month.

My environment is:

  JDK version:       1.4.2_01  	 
  Servlet engine:    Apache Tomcat/5.5.9 	 
  Operating system:  Windows Server 2003
