[opencms-dev] Using OpenCms in publishing

Hello,
I'm working on a websites that provides information and news
categorized according to the subject (sports, computer..), and that
have users with different privileges that can edit the content and
publish new material, in addition to some other features such as:
rating a topic, voting,...

Do you know any resources on the net that can provide me with
information regarding this kind of websites, and using a Web CMS ?
