[opencms-dev] How to Update from RC to Final?

Ok, I've to built opencms 6.0 from scratch. But how can I copy the 
modules, users, groups, and sites from the old to the new? In the 
database-admin I've tried to export  the sites, groups etc. but it 
didn't work. Something's wrong with the data-format. But don't know 
what? All seems ok!

Any idea?
