[opencms-dev] 6.0.0 Workplace Database Management - items grayed out

I just upgraded from rc2 to 6.0.0 final release.

I now notice that some items in the Database Admin section are grayed
out: import from server, import file with http, and extended HTML
import.

In 6.0 rc 2 they were all visible and not gray.

Is this a problem with my install, misconfiguration or a bug?

Any ideas?
