[opencms-dev] Is reinstall necessary when moving from webapps/opencms -> webapps/ROOT ?

AFAIK yes.
Just tried for you; shut down my production server localhost.
Seems not to work if you have a webapp named opencms and the mapping in
your web.xml is also mapped to opencms.

So, yes.

Tested with jdk1.5.0_03, Tomcat 5.0.28 and OpenCms 6.0.0 on Windows XP.
