[opencms-dev] Export content

Hello everyone,
 This is my question:
 Is it possible to export the content of the resourcetypes to 
for example text files, or xls files?
 We need this to translate the content, and this will be done
by not - technical people.
 Of course we also have to be able to import the translated data back into 
OpenCms.
