[opencms-dev] templateone "microsite"?

I'm playing around with templateone and am going to base several different 
templates for a website upon that code.

In the documentation for it, it says:
"When you create a new microsite folder in the OpenCms Explorer view, all 
necessary configuration folders and files are copied automatically into it."

I can't find any other reference to how to create a microsite.

Can someone point me at other documentation to explain this or tell me 
other examples I can look at?
