Joachim,

I'm a little confused with item #2. When I click the
insert picture icon in the WYSIWYG HTML editor it does
not upload the image. As a matter of fact the src
attribute in the HTML source still points to my local
drive. When I publish the page, it still isn't
uploaded and when I look at the online project, I
still see the src attribute trying to access my local
drive.

Am I doing something wrong? It appears that in order
to use an image in an HTML page, you must load it into
an image gallery and then insert the image from the
image gallery.

I am cool with the answers to #1 and #3.
