[opencms-dev] templates with xml content

You should be able to get xml content editor just fine if you follow the 
steps... You need to create an xsd file, make sure that it works by creating 
an xml content file that uses it and verifying that it saves...  The last 
thing is to add the type to opencms and an workplace type so that it shows in 
the list of available types....  Since this works, i don't see a good reason 
to try to integrate a new editor...
