Hi Thorsten,

yes, it's a workaround, like so many things in this world :)
And mozilla/firefox seems to be a little bit more intelligent than IE, because 
it knows how to handle this .ico and also shows the correct mime type.

But you are right, OpenCms should deliver the correct type.

Somebody else who knows howto?

Well, as for other sources of information, google delivers plenty.
