Limit the size of the html log viewer window.

In some operations, like module export / imports, the size of the log window
content grows very quickly, slowing down all the operation. This could be
fixed setting a constant size log window, so you can't view all the logs,
but only the last XX kb until the process stops.

If this size is too big, the browser "explodes".
