I have a JSP page that takes in a file from an outside source, a CSV
file.  I need to change this file a bit and then save it in the VFS.
This needs to happen every time a user clicks on a button which will
link to the JSP page that does this.  How can I have a JSP create a new
file, edit that file, and then save it?
