Reply:
apply visibility restrictions to the folders /system/workplace/views/workflow
and /system/workplace/views/administration
As an admin user i entered into the /system/workplace/views and applied visibility restrictions to the folders workflow and administration as follows.
1. clicked the folder "workflow"
2. Locked the folder
3. clicked the option "permissions"
4. added the group "users"
5. checked the read, view, write and control checkboxes under Denied heading
6. clicked the "set" button
7. clicked the "close" button.
8. published the folder.
9. repeated the same process for the folder "administration"
10. Restarted MySql and Tomcat
But when i logged in as a user still i am able to see the folder "workflow" and able to perform the operations like creating a new task etc..
i might not have understood the reply of Mr. Moosen properly, so i request to kindly help in this regard as soon as possible.
regards,
yousuf.
