[opencms-dev] XML Error

You should change the following line in 
.../WEB-INF/classes/log4j.properties:

log4j.logger.org.opencms=ERROR

to

log4j.logger.org.opencms=DEBUG

The log will then include a message about which config-file that is 
being loaded.
