[opencms-dev] virtual hosts section in Sebastians "get rid" document

I have no idea to which file the section

"Defining the virtual hosts"

refers.

There is written: ...I assume you already have created the virtual host 
"${YOURDOMAIN}". Here are the settings for this virtual host.

${YOURDOMAIN}:

RewriteEngine on
...
...

a lot of rewrite stuff follows and it ends with

JkMount /* ocms

Now what syntax is this wich starts with a 

${YOURDOMAIN}:

?

Is this to be inserted into the VirtualHost section in httpd.conf?

This is indeed confusing.
