[opencms-dev] MSIE crashes right after finishing the installation

Just to give another data point: Using Mozilla Firefox 1.0.4 did not
cause any errors and the installation went through.

Also I must say that previously, when using MSIE 5.(something), the
installation didn't run at all (or only did about 2000 lines in the
log window and then finished or ran into some error saying that 
some browser settings where prohibiting installation - javascript/security
issues). Anyway, weird.

I now still have the problem that the workplace looks ok when 
I access it via :8080. But with the redirection sketched out in Sebastians
recipe paper, I'm getting a lot of missing resources and a
clobbered workplace with text overlapping other text and divders and images
missing, that build the GUI.
