[opencms-dev] Velocity Module for OpenCMS 6.x

Hello list,

            The attachment is a module that provides support for Velocity in
OpenCMS 6.x (actually only tested with 6.0.2, but should work with 6.0.0).
Its uses the LGPL license and is based on Matt Butchers original Velocity
module for OpenCMS 5.x, but with significant changes for 6.x.

 

With this module you can:

use Velocity as a template engine for your content

use Velocity as regular macro pages

supports full Velocity directives, including #include and #parse

 

To install:

 

1. Import the module.

2. Read the instructions in the module doc folder.

3. You must also locate velocity-deps-1.4.jar (omitted for size reasons) and
place into WEB-INF\lib
