[opencms-dev] Character encoding problem

Thank you for your prompt reply, I managed to fix the problem.
Unfortunatly, I don't know if the problem was because I did not add
the following lines:
LC_ALL=nl_NL.iso88591
export LC_ALL

Since, I am researching for the answer at the same time as my boss,
and he found the solution to the problem before I did. He did not fill
me in on the details of his solution, which does not surprise me, he's
too busy! :/

But I appreciate your support, and I will be keeping this information
for later use.
