[opencms-dev] Problem rendering escape characters on static export V6

Hi

There seems to be a problem rendering the following escape characters [
’ “ ” … – ] when static exporting to HTML
when publishing, does anybody know if this is a UTF-8/ISO-8859-1 issue or a
wrong property setting in the XML parsing engine ?

The publishing engine appears to be converting the escape characters when
creating the HTML file instead of leaving them intact.
