see also: /alkacon-documentation/documentation_staticexport/
as I can read not all dynamic resources can be rendered statically like
forms and search functions, the documentation says:
If need such functionallity use an hibrid solution with the On-Demand
export feature, how to use this feature is detailed in the
com.alkacon.documentation.howto_httpd_tomcat_modproxy documentation
module.
...
You will also have troubles when using javascript to display pages,
because you have no access to the CmsJspActionElement.link(String)
method, so do not do that.
hmm ...
Kind Regards,
Arash

Hi Nik,
I think the static export doesn't work 100% ly since 6.0.2. At least I
can't find any button in the new admin, but it exists in the legacy
admin backoffice interface.
You shall adjust some settings in the <staticexport enabled="true"> node
of the opencms-importexport.xml file and set the export property for
those resources which should get exported to true (*.js, etc..) and
perhaps you shall extend the <defaultsuffixes> in the <staticexport
enabled="true"> node.
HTH,
Arash

Hi there
I want to publish a site on my OpenCms and export/ copy it to my Apache
HTTP Server on the same machine
Has any one found out how to import and export content between Open CMS
and a static web server
Open CMS is a nice server but for better performance I want certain
content published and put on my Apache server
on the same machine.
I would like to export/Copy/Publish Move the content in a folder:
/sites/default/static_pages
to a target folder c:\Apache\root
to be delivered by the Apache Server
How do I do this?
Or is this beyond the capabilities of OpenCms
regards
Nico
