[opencms-dev] How to set User and Group permission???

Hi list,

I have a JSP which filter all the news from the news folder and displays it
to the end user, which is guest.

Now i want that the guest user has read access to the JSP, so that he can
get all the filter news but he is not able to view the content under the
news folder directly by giving the url to the content.

So, i wud like to give read permission to the guest user on the JSP and no
permission on the content. 

Is this the correct approach? Also, i dont know how to give permissions to a
user(or group) on a module or a folder within a module.
If anyone can suggest me some gud tutorial on user and group permissions in
OpenCms, it wud be of great help.
