[opencms-dev] install problems on XP

Hi,

Open Tomcat manager. You would see the opencms link as an application.
Click on opencms.
If opencms is successfully installed on the system then you would see the
opencms login page.

Also reconfirm the case of the opencms installation. Tomcat requests are
case sensetive by default.
