Matthew,
The best way is to export the documentaion statically and view it from
the filesystem.
Or you can probably launch a second workplace window and view the
documentation site /sites/default in a separate window (not 100% sure if
it works, the static export is the best way)
Kind Regards,
Arash

Subject: [opencms-dev] viewing OpenCms documentation
I recently installed OpenCms 6.0.3 and would like to
know the best way to setup my development environment
so that I can view the OpenCms documentation without
any side effects resulting from my current Workplace
session.
The problems I'm noticing is that when I have an
active Workplace session and I select a site other
than "/sites/default" in the Workplace window:
1. the links at the top of the /opencms/opencms
welcome page are broken ("Alkacon Documentation" links
to /opencms/opencms/alakon-documentation, not the full
path
/opencms/opencms/sites/default/alkacon-documentation)
2. the sidebar navigation links within the
documentation modules are missing
So, what is the best way to setup my development
environment so that I can easily browse the OpenCms documentation
without these side effects?
Should I attempt to configure Tomcat with second
container or a second instance so that I can browse
the documentation with a session distinct from my
Workplace session?
Should I export the documentation and serve it
statically?
Thanks for your help.
