[opencms-dev] New: German-Speaking User Forum for Editors only (non-porgrammers)

Hi,

we have setuped a new German-Speaking User Forum for Editors only, as
some German-Users had asked us to provide such a Forum for
non-Programmers, we found it a good idea, now it has come to reality :-)

For Non-German-Speaking Editors Forum:

If anyone would like to setup an English-Speaking Forum or for every
