There's a commercial plugin available from Alkacon as part of their  
OCEE package.

We tried it out, had to do some munging of LDAP data to get it to  
work with Open Directory, but it looked like it would work with  
Active Directory out of the box.  I was impressed that Alkacon then  
contacted me later saying they'd updated it to work with the  
posixGroup membership method that Open Directory uses.

I've put my purchase order in for it, and will be deploying it this  
year after it arrives.
