[opencms-dev] load balancing

I've been poking around but haven't found a final word on what needs to be 
done to load balancer two installs of OpenCMS.

As I understand it, there is a problem with an in-memory (but not 
in-HttpSession) cache that affects publishing and we need a way to talk 
between opencms servers to clear that cache on publish?

Are there other issues?  And, if not, is anyone working on that one?  I'd 
be happy to look into if nobody else is...but could use some guidance about 
best practice thoughts from the team.
