[opencms-dev] Access Permission

Hi Diego,

thats right that they are read only. The only possibility is to overwrite the 
permissions if you want to change them.
For example if you want to change the "Users" permissions for a special folder 
you edit the permissions and "Add a user/group access control entry" for the 
Group Users. Then you can change the permissions.
