[opencms-dev] need urgent help - 6.0.4 installation as ROOT fails always

Could someone please confirm this:

Installation fails with 

http://localhost:8080/setup/step_9_browser_ configuration_notes.jsp

Error
[X]  The OpenCms setup wizard has not been started correctly!
     Please click here to restart wizard


I have to have OpenCms up and running by thursday morning.
