[opencms-dev] need urgent help - 6.0.4 installation as ROOT failsalways

Does the normal installation as no-root work?

Error
[X]  The OpenCms setup wizard has not been started correctly!
     Please click here to restart wizard


I have to have OpenCms up and running by thursday morning.
