[opencms-dev] 6.0.4 Windows install hangs if any modules are added

Hello Chris,

    From the installation manual of OpenCms 6 chapter 2 Installing Tomcat:

Please note: Older OpenCms Version required an environment setting for 
the Java file encoding -dfile.encoding=.... for OpenCms. This is NOT 
longer required with OpenCms 6.
