[opencms-dev] Use of opencms classes

HEllo everyone, 
my question is: i'm using the org.opencm.* from a jsp page, and without logging into the enviroment.Everything works fine, but i'm wondering if it's necessary to have an opencms session valid running on the system to import and use that libraries.
In this case, how i can develop a clustering architecture?
