[opencms-dev] OpenCMS initialization error

The error you report certainly happens when OpenCms hasn't got the right
credentials to connect to the database.  Have you created changed the
OpenCms connection account credentials since you carried out the set-up
process?  They're held in <opencms webapp
home>/WEB-INF/config/opencms.properties.

I got the following error message when I tried to start opencms web
application (WesbSphere/Oracle). The database is up and running. 

 

Critical error during OpenCms initialization: Unable to initialize
connection pool "default". Is the database up and running?

Giving up, unable to start OpenCms.

 

Also, I am seeing only two modules on installation screen after database
tables' creation page during setup.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
