[opencms-dev] about /opencms/opencms/ prefix

The first,my English is not good.
My problem:
    
    I hope use http://localhost:8080/ to access opencms's index.html,but in fact that It's only use http://localhost:8080/opencms to accessed.
 
    notes:I change the opencms.war name to ROOT.war.
 
Please tell me: What will I do? To realize the method!  Thank you very much!
