The response from Corsin, is for OpenCms 6. And you use OpenCms 5.

Only one comment: The opencmslucene module has a bug whit relative paths 
  in registry parameter in the task. This is fixed, but maybe you don't 
have the version with the fix. In this case, you need to use an absolute 
path.
