Hari -
In the Workplace, under Administration / File History / History Settings,
you can turn off history altogether or restrict the number of versions
maintained; you can also clear the whole history or delete versions older
than a certain date.

Subject: [opencms-dev] Older versions Under History
Hi,
We would like to delete some of the older versions in the history settings
on the workplace. Other than editing the mysql table is there any way that
we can limit the versions retained by mysql. Is there a setting in the
config files.
Thanks
Hari
