Hi Jonathan,

you can use the template-elements property to allow multiple editable 
regions in your template for the WYSIWYG-Editor. This works on e.g. on 
xmlpages based on this Template. Example: template-elements: 
body*|Content,image|ImageArea allow the authors to select between the 
elements "body" and "image" while editing a page. Have a look at the 
Templateone templates for a live example.
