[opencms-dev] translating contentload tag to scriptlet code

gosh darn it. We've been so hung up on getting our site out that I
completely missed this in the new 6.2 beta features... That code looks
wonderful.

I guess I'll test it out at work on Monday, but does that cope happily
with empty folders for creating new xml content?
