[opencms-dev] importing a single file and its sibling

Problem gone. Must have been some transient glitch. Deleted the file and
created a new sibling. 

The question remains what to do with the siblings when importing a
single file. Should one also import the siblings or are the siblings
imported automatically? Probably not.
