[opencms-dev] Add Templates to opencms

I think this is where the OpenCms development community can help.
Right now the documentation is mixed in with the software (a mistake
in my opinion) and only Alkacon can make changes.
How about a separate "OpenCms Documentation Project". We can start
with the official documentation and work from there.
I'm not sure what technology is best: maybe start with Wiki and
migrate to DocBook. Whatever technology is used it is important that
it can make a tradition manual as well as on-line help.
There is a book on OpenCms 6 due from Packt publishing soon (I think).
But paper books will always lag releases by at least 6 months... so
good documentation will always be needed.
Joe.
