[opencms-dev] Useful tip for OpenCms configuration

When using OpenCms 6.2 any idea where this package has been moved to.  
Specifically I am looking for the dtd for opencms-importexport.xml. I  
know there is a copy of the dtd for this file in the related  
documentation, but it is formated strangely and seems to be missing  
quite a lot.
