I noticed a cute little bug in OpenCMS 6.2 (though presumably in older
versions as well) where modules are not imported successfully because
the temporary project created has a length longer than 64 characters,
due to the package name. As an example, the static import docs create
the project "Import of module
com.alkacon.documentation.documentation_staticexport", which is too
long - thus blowing up.

Both cms_projects and cms_backup_projects need the project_name length
increased considerably, or some truncation code needs to be added.
