[opencms-dev] Add a new content type: COUNTRY

Hi list:

I know this is not an essential feature, but i think it would be nice to
have a "COUNTRY" combo box ready to use (like the date picker)

Adding a shipping address conten type ready to include with the default
- address line 1
- address line 2
- zip code
- city
- region / state
- country <--
... and so on

would be very usefull too.
