Hi Martin,
ok I will change it with your versoin... I will propose this commit to
cvs repository to alkacon team.
The problem is not strictly related to opencms but to postgresql for
this reason I did not write to restart the dbms system and so on...
I know also that a user does not click on the tooltip so frequently...
so this explaination is not so useful but it's the only way to inform
the user in the setup proccess.
