[opencms-dev] Problem with the script not clearing the cache?

Hello,

I have the followings as part of the publish script using CmsShell: 

.......
publishProject
clearCaches
purgeJspRepository
rebuildAllIndexes
exit 

My problem is it is not clearing the cache.  I wonder why clearCaches
and purgeJspRepository are not working?  It seems that it worked fine
until I added rebuildAllIndex.  

Can someone throw some light on this?
