[opencms-dev] trying to connect to new tables in opencms database via jdbc in jsp

I'm using OpenCms 6.1.8.
I created new tables in oracle 10g database where opencms instance is installed.
I'm trying to access custom tables through JDBC driver specified in opencms.properties.
I created JSP pages in an existing module and published.
My JSP can connect to database through JDeveloper, but I can't get same to work from OpenCms with Tomcat 5.5.
What am I missing?
