[opencms-dev] 6.2.1 Install is missing images from /resources/tree/

Just to make it clear, it appears that "opencms_6.2.1.zip" download 
fails to create/export the images necessary to build the tree navigation 
in the explorer. 

Examples of missing images include:
/resources/tree/upend.gif
/resources/tree/folder_open.gif
/resources/tree/upcross.gif
/resources/tree/ufolder.gif
