[opencms-dev] Change workspace theme

Hi,

I want to change workspace theme. I found that there are some .css files in /system/workspace/commo/style.
I found that menu.css, new_admin.css, ... are all linked to gether and when ever I change on the other one changes too. I don't know why they were desgined like that.
Now my questions are: 
1) Does it make any difference to change any of them? Are they all the same?
2) If I change them should I publish the file to see the effects.
3) Are there better ways for changeing the CMS workspace style?
