[opencms-dev] Null pointer exception on clicking on editing button

Got this when click on the edit button on index.html

java.lang.NullPointerException
	at
org.opencms.file.CmsRequestContext.getAdjustedSiteRoot(CmsRequestContext
.java:146)
	at
org.opencms.file.CmsRequestContext.removeSiteRoot(CmsRequestContext.java
:386)
	at
org.opencms.db.CmsDbContext.removeSiteRoot(CmsDbContext.java:169)

If I copy it to a different name index2.html, then it works.  Anyone
knows how to fix this?  There are some discussion on this list on this
but there is no solution yet.  Anyone got any idea?
